Once the details of your event have been determined, an itemized proposal will list separately your costs for food, staff, beverages, and rentals. By mutual consent, any changes in menu must be made no later than seven days prior to the date of your event, at which point a final guest count must also be confirmed.
Payment
Giona requires a 50% deposit upon signing of contract, 35% due two weeks prior to event and the final 15% payable upon delivery of food. There will be additional charges at the conclusion of the event for any overtime.
Staff
The number of wait staff and kitchen staff varies from event to event.
- Captain - $35.00 hourly
- Servers - $25.00 hourly
- Chef- $35.00 hourly
- Bartenders- $30.00 hourly
-Valet Parking $25.00 hourly
20% Gratuities will be added to staff Balance
Five hour minimum, commencing at time of setup - (one to three hours prior to the event is normally required for setup).
